The Practice is currently commissioned to provide both structural and Architectural design, plus CML Warranty Services for several South East based building projects, in Cambridge, Chelmsford and Colchester.

Social and community activities:

The Practice owner, James Halldron, competed in the London Marathon 2012 and the New York Marathon on 4th November 2012, although because of the tragic results of Hurricane Sandy only the unofficial "alternative marathon" was held running around Central Park to complete the 26.2 miles. James raised a combined total for both Marathons of £6500 for Children with Cancer UK & Macmillan Cancer Support charities . As a public spirited gesture James also provided design services for a number of community and other projects, without charge, in return for donations to his chosen charities. James also completed two shorter, but no less important runs in Manchester (10K) and the Bristol Half Marathon, both in 2013, in the BUPA Great Manchester Run, for David Lewis Cheshire Care Homes and latterly in Bristol running for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust, raising a total of £1500 for these two worthy charities.
