James Halldron Associates, Consulting Engineers, provide detailed building design services to Private Clients for House Extensions, Loft Conversions and New House Design. Our service includes initial negotiations for, and acquisition of, Planning Approval and Building Regulations Approval, inclusive of all Structural Calculations and Inspections during the construction process. We also offer a Project Management Service to facilitate the arrangement of Contractors to Tender for the project, together with the financial control and reporting during the construction process. Design Services - Structural Calulations for small Projects
As Consulting Engineers we provide all levels of structural design services from the design of single beams for individual new structural openings, multiple beams for more complex extensions and our large project service is equipped to handle the design of complex steel, concrete and timber frame structures for its Private, Contractor and Architectural Clients. We do not have a minimum fee basis and will assess your project based a fair assessment of each individual project and an estimate of time to complete the relevant tasks.
